Safety Watch/Fire Watch
NLH is looking for a qualified Safety Watch/Fire Watch for a Petrochemical project starting at the end of January 2024, with opportunities for other casual and fixed-term work before and after the project.
This role is suitable for an experienced Safety Watch with knowledge of Petrochemical site processes and has Health & Safety as a number one priority. The project requires a flexible Safety Watch that can meet the physical demand of working 11-12 days and enduring lengthy travel each day.
If you are BA Rescue certified, work may be available using our BA Rescue trailer.
To be successful in your application you must:
Be drug-free and able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test and random site drug testing.
Consent to a Ministry of Justice Criminal Record check.
Be physically fit and have a positive can-do attitude.

Fire Extinguisher Science (U.S 3271, 4647)
Safety Observer (U.S 17596)
Prefered certificates, but not a requirement:
Breathing Apparatus (U.S 25044, 3272)
Hazard I.D (U.S 30265)
Confined Space Rescue (U.S 14562)
First Aid (U.S 6400, 6401, 6402)
